Micah Howell
CEO/Owner
Micah Howell began working in the glass industry in 1993, starting as a part-time shop hand. After graduating from high school, Micah became a full-time glass installer and eventually moved into the management and operations area of the business. Since 2002, Micah has been the co-owner of a full-service custom glass and mirror company. It was in this capacity that Micah was first introduced to FHC hardware and found it to be an attractive alternative to other leading brands. In the midst of supply chain issues and constant problems with back-ordered items, Glass Simple was established as an authorized FHC dealer with in-stock hardware and quick turn-around times. Thanks to his immersion in the custom glass field, Micah is uniquely positioned to understand and address the issues that matter to industry professionals. He knows first-hand the importance of receiving the correct items and getting them on time so that commitments can be fulfilled and deadlines met.
Mike Howell
VP/Owner
Mike Howell started working part-time in the glass industry as a teenager in the 1960’s and moved up to full-time after graduating from high school. Mike has worked with custom glass most of his adult life, spending many years as an owner or manager. Mike is currently the co-owner of a custom glass and mirror shop and brings to Glass Simple a thorough knowledge of glass shower door design and installation as well as a commitment to customer care rooted in decades of experience. Mike knows firsthand the importance of receiving quality hardware in a timely manner to meet client expectations and to maintain your company’s high standards.
Ronald Osuna
CMO/Owner
Ronald Osuna began working as a graphic designer in 1990 and as a video producer in 1995. Ronald has also served as a 3D and animations expert and a news editor. In 2012, Ronald became the Senior Graphic Designer and Videographer within the custom glass and mirror industry. He would then became co-founder with Mike and Micah for Glass Simple. Ronald’s expertise allows Glass Simple to provide not only a visually appealing website, but also helpful installation guides and how-to videos.
Robert “Bobby” Kesner
Operations Manager
Bobby Kesner has been working in the glass industry for over 15 years, with particular expertise in commercial glass. A self-starter, Bobby taught himself to read architectural drawings, work as an estimator, and serve as a project manager. Bobby takes care of a multitude of behind-the-scenes tasks at Glass Simple from book-keeping to software setup and maintenance to product sourcing. He also puts his glass hardware experience at the service of customers by taking calls, setting up B2B accounts, and fulfilling orders.
Jamie Hively
Warehouse Manager
Jamie Hively worked for a structural steel company from 1995-2014. He started at the bottom, worked in various aspects of the business, and ended by serving as Shop Foreman for 10 years. In this capacity, Jamie oversaw up to 35 employees, led weekly safety meetings, and was in charge of steel inventory. Jamie moved into the glass sector in 2014, working in diverse capacities including glass cutting, quality control, fabrication, order pulling, and customer care. Jamie manages Glass Simple’s sales and inventory and provides both in-person and over-the-phone customer service.
