• If using 2 hinges, maximum door weight is 110 lbs and maximum door width is 36” (914 mm).
• If using 3 hinges, maximum door weight is 140 lbs, and maximum door width is 36” (914 mm).
• DO NOT exceed the maximum door weight OR door width for the number of hinges you are using.
• Use tempered or tempered laminated glass only. Do not use power equipment to install these hinges as it could damage the finish.
• Avoid using power tools during hinge installation as these may damage the finish.
• Gasket Specifications: A single set of gaskets is provided with the hinge and is intended for use with either 3/8” or 1/2" glass.

The Verona Heavy Duty series hinge offers appealing features. It is a wall mount hinge with full back plate made of solid brass and available in various popular finishes. The 90 degree factory setting of the pivot pin is right for standard door closure. Purchaser can adjust the pivot pin for 5 more degrees of closure if the door needs to close with more pressure against the jamb.

Cleaning Your Glass Simple Hardware 

• Dry hardware after use to minimize water spots and other discoloration.
• Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaning agents, scrub brushes, etc. as these will damage the finish.
• Use a mild mixture of gentle liquid soap and water and test on an inconspicuous part of the hardware first.
• After washing, thoroughly rinse with clean warm water and buff dry.

Hinge Care 

• Glass Simple hinges arrive pre-greased for quiet operation.
• In the event of a hinge squeaking, add a several drops of mult-purpose oil around the nylon washer.
• If the hinge is taken apart, the interior components should be lubricated with a little bit of white lithium grease.
• Avoid spray-on lubricants.
