Product Details
The Verona series hinge offers appealing features. It is a solid brass glass to glass hinge, available in various popular finishes. The hinge comes with the pin set at 85 degrees for 5 degrees of extra pressure against the jamb. The pin can be adjusted for standard 90 degree door closure if desired. The hinge comes with a bidirectional hinge block bumper that is designed to protect the hinge block when the door swings to the full opening position in and out.
Cleaning Your Glass Simple Hardware
- Dry hardware after use to minimize water spots and other discoloration.
- Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaning agents, scrub brushes, etc. as these will damage the finish.
- Use a mild mixture of gentle liquid soap and water and test on an inconspicuous part of the hardware first.
- After washing, thoroughly rinse with clean warm water and buff dry.
Hinge Care
- Glass Simple hinges arrive pre-greased for quiet operation.
- In the event of a hinge squeaking, add a several drops of mult-purpose oil around the nylon washer.
- If the hinge is taken apart, the interior components should be lubricated with a little bit of white lithium grease.
- Avoid spray-on lubricants.
